Laura is experienced with SEC requirements, Section 16 filings, annual reports, proxy reports, and Sarbanes Oxley requirements. Laura is also skilled in business operations and the coordination and running of annual meetings.
Laura is also an adjunct professor of law at Empire Law School and San Francisco Law School. She also teaches at leadership seminars and CLEs in the area of e-discovery and law practice management. Laura was awarded the Outstanding Educator of the Year 2011 from the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce in 2013, and sits on the advisory board of Women’s Global Leadership Initiative.
